Cancellation after ticket issued: pay full ticket price + 5% cancellation charge.
Refund: 50% before ticket issuance. No refund after ticket issued or for no-show.
Person who cannot pass immigration will not be refunded.
Once departed, bookings are considered sold and non-refundable.
